People
I have a lot of blurry images of this woman. Maybe because I love her so much, makes it difficult to concentrate.
This is my stepson. I - accidentally - pressed the shutter release just at the right time. Makes him look like he's just sitting there like an imbecile.
There she is again, pretending not to want her photo to be taken.
If I don't ask for their permission, I make sure people are not identifiable in my images. A shutter speed of 1/6sec gives it extra mystery. Can I see a face there?
Same as the colour image earlier, but I like how monotone brings out the face.
Vienna, a warm evening in May '26.
That's the first mystery face image where I've worked out the shutter speed and rough distance I need to be from the subject to achieve the effect.
Another mystery face against the same wall backdrop that I predict to feature in a lot of pictures (it's currently my favourite spot for a lunchtime pint)
Self portrait. Waiting outside changing rooms.
Sunny. In London. In April.
The strength of his coffees will make your toes curl.
Der Peter aus Wien.
Just two random blokes who are in the way of what I was actually trying to take a picture of.
That was one of the first pictures with the new little camera and she's already fed up with me photographing her.
With friends at Kettner's. They're clearly chuffed I brought the camera.
